Nubikk's return policy enables you to return the product for any reason within 30 days after receipt.
You have the right to open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. We, therefore, recommend that you try on shoes on soft surfaces (e.g.carpet). All original packing and labeling must be intact when returning the goods. If the return conditions are not met, we are forced to charge handling costs or cab refuse the return shipment.
As part of our sustainability policy, we encourage everyone to use the size chart or our size advisor (via the "Not sure about the size?" button). This prevents a return shipment and you immediately have the right size at home. Our customer support team is also happy to help you with customized sizing advice!
If an order is returned, always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt, so you have proof of the shipment.
When returning goods, please ensure the return form is enclosed. If the return form is not enclosed, please print, fill out and enclose it with the parcel.
Also, you must print the 'PACKING SLIP'. This can be found as an attachment in the confirmation mail that is sent to you after shipment.
Shipping costs are not refundable (with exception of free returns in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for customers with an account).

Please be aware that our return procedure will take at least 5 working days. After being processed you will automatically receive an e-mail.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PRODUCT(S)?
If a product that you have ordered through our webshop has arrived damaged or faulty, we would like to receive a notification about it within 2 days after delivery. Send us an email with your order number and at least 2 photos of the damage, so that we can solve it for you as soon as possible!
If you have placed an order where a price change takes place within 48 hours, we will gladly compensate you. Please contact our customer support for this.
